Do these meals sound healthy enough to lose weight?PLEASE HELP.?

Your on the right path but for one thing...starch. Having a salad with your dinner is great. But you also need your fruit and other darker veggies, and nuts. Having starch and every mean....bread, pasta, rice...it's actually stammering your chances. I would suggest not so much starchy foods and when you do make it whole grain. In between your meals try a yogurt or a handful of nuts. Also when you think you might be hungry drink a huge glass a water. It makes your body think you are full. Eat slow as well. It takes 20 min for the mind to register you have eaten and are full. Never go back for seconds until you have waited that long. Your stomach is as big as your two fists put together, rule of thumb for the amount.
