How can I clean my sailor bracelet?

try buying some oxyclean powder (at your local grocery store or drug store), put a small amount of powder in HOT water and let it dissolve, dip your bracelet in it for a few seconds - should work. It got dried red wine out of white gloves right away. It's like bleach but safer and can have multiple uses. Make sure you get the powder! good luck :)
