I skipped my prom. Will I regret it years down the road?

If you don't regret it now and you truly didn't want to go to prom I highly doubt you will ever regret it. I have a friend just like you, we're in college now and he never cared for prom and he also didn't care about our college graduation ceremony. It's just not his thing. I'm sure your teachers and councilors mean the best for you, and on average the people who do skip prom are skipping it for the wrong reasons when the deep down want someone to push them to go but they are too scarred to do it themselves. This doesn't sound like you. You might want to go to your college graduation but it doesn't sound like you care about prom. My friend still doesn't care that he skipped prom
