These girls are cyberbullying?

These girls were talking about me but didnt mention my name but i knew there were. They were saying stuff lyke "why is she alive anyways" i'll give her the rope. and the funny thing is shes ugly" "lmao, ill tie it for her. then you could push the chair xD" and all this crap about me when they dont even know me. Can they get in trouble at all for saying any of this?
