Will I lose weight if...? please help?

i want to lose like 45 pounds. I am 5'6 and the last time I weighed myself, I weighed 182. i am eating more healthy(fruits and veggies), I am not eating junk food that much.I eat but just a little and not everyday. You know moderatley. I also reduced my meal portions. I am drinking tons of water everday and not drinking too much sodas or juices. I am also doing 45-60 min of cardio exercise everyday(jump roping) and doing another 20 min or 40 of walking sometimes in the afternoons. i eat like less than 1500 calories day, maybe like 1200 or 1300. I have been doing this for about 1 week and i feel somewhat slimmer and with more energy. Do you think I will lose like 20 pounds by august 15?
