What is wrong with me? I don't enjoy being around people and I'm so antisocial?

People ask me to hang out or go out to eat with them. i don't really enjoy these activities. I'm perfectly fine being by myself. I don't feel lonely at all. I'm much happier and free by myself. I enjoy being around animals and children however.
