Six Pack Abs in 7 Weeks?

To have a six pack, you need to get your percentage of body fat down to a certain level. Doing constant sit-ups will not do anything if the muscles in question are hidden behind a lair of stomach fat. This is pretty difficult to achieve and it will depend on how much exercise you put into it (along with a healthy diet and plenty of water).
